Craig’s Highlights:
Final Reading of Ordinance 4456 – This Ordinance added “recreation” to the City Parks committee. Did you know that you can click through on the agenda links to read full information! You can check out the changes to the parks committee language here.
Dissolution of Public Development Corporation – The board of the Public Development Corporation (PDC) recommended this dissolution, as there were no longer any assets under there management. These matters will now be handled directly by the city council. Bobby McGee (District 6) was the only Nay vote.
Updates to Fees – There were several categories of Fees that were updated. These included funeral/burial services, and parking fees. The main change on parking fees was to reference the City’s master schedule of fees instead of having fees noted out in each ordinance. This reduces the number of places to update fees when a change is made.
